Experience creative, messy, and fun art classes right here in my welcoming home studio in Springville, Utah—where kids can just be kids and let their imaginations soar! I offer specialized, small-group art classes for ages 5 to 16, organized into dedicated age brackets from beginners up to teens. To maintain a small and cozy learning environment and protect our home privacy, Color Away operates strictly as a private, invitation-only studio.
Weekly Art Board & Schedule
I offer 1-hour sessions for my older students and 30-minute sessions for my younger ones! I hold my classes on weekday afternoons and keep them small to ensure every child receives plenty of individual attention! Every class brings something new! My lessons rotate through a colorful mix of art elements, lively design principles, and fun color schemes to keep learning playful, engaging, and beautifully creative.

Little Creators (Ages 5–6): 30-minute sessions
Junior Artists (Ages 7–8): 1-hour sessions
Young Illustrators (Ages 9–10): 1-hour sessions
Studio Masters (Ages 11–12): 1-hour sessions
Elite Teen Artists (Ages 13–16): 1-hour sessions

Dress for creative fun! Kids love getting hands-on with colorful paints and a variety of mediums. I do provide art smocks that cover well, but you may want to send your child in clothes that are ready for messy fun!

Yes, absolutely! Your lesson fee fully covers all art supplies. I even include a personal art portfolio to keep their drawings and paintings perfectly safe!

I know life gets busy or kids get sick! Because our home studio groups are kept extra small to ensure everyone gets lots of individual attention, I can't offer refunds for missed days. However, I can subtract the missed class from next month's payment, or if possible, invite your child in for a fun make-up lesson!

Yes. Parents are welcome to drop their young artists off at our secure home studio doors for the duration of the lesson and return for pick-up at dismissal time. You are welcome to stay if you or your child would feel more comfortable with that.

You can pay in full at the beginning of each month or weekly. I accept cash or secure business payments via Venmo or check. Detailed checkout information will be texted directly to you once your reservation request is approved. If you would like a Venmo request sent to you at the beginning of each month, I am happy to do that as well—just let me know any days your child won't be able to attend.
